Responsibilities:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 24-7 SHIFT

Manage calls and provide customer service for broadband/internet/mobile

Understanding customers’ need and provide solution

Requirements:

Qualification : Min SPM/ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree

Language: Bahasa Malay, English

Experience : 1 year working experience
