Responsibilities:
Maintain employee master data changes or new data entry requirements upon employee hiring, movement, personal data change & etc.

Responsible for the HRIS data administration and changes within SAP

Meet KPI and SLA

Generate monthly or ad-hoc report for client

Responsible to all service requests and queries

Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirement

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Experienced candidate with min a Diploma or above

Good communication skill in English

Logical thinking

Prioritizing skill

Time management skill

Customer service mind set
