Job Description

Job Descriptions:
To support customer on installation and troubleshooting of software/system related issues of the machines and ensure that good customer relation and satisfaction is maintained

To train and support customer on software operation, printer driver installation, and to review and enhance customer training method from time to time to increase customer satisfaction

To provide pre & post sales installations and services to all the equipment and all its customers through up-most quality repair, maintenance and modification services to ensure customer satisfaction which is the company’s No. 1 priority

Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant experience

Experience in service industry, PC literate and IT knowledge

Posses own transport
