Job Description

Job Descriptions:
The achievement of all volume objectives of new motorcycles, parts and accessories and service objectives, ensuring that sales of new models are maximised whilst at the same time supporting the corporate strategy and budgets.

Manage the Malaysian Dealer relationship and to establish exemplary Dealer professionalism and outstanding customer satisfaction across the Malaysian Dealer network.

Responsible for ensuring Malaysian Dealers adhere to corporate identity guidelines and, from introduction, Customer Satisfaction standards and maintenance.

Maximising Malaysian Dealer profitability of new motorcycles, parts and service by developing programmes to improve volume and margin retention. To this end he/she will utilise the Dealer Plan, Inter Firm Comparison (IFC) and UX-V3-MY sales targets to ensure a strong and profitable Malaysian Dealer group.

Budget planning, implementation and adherence.

Assist Dealers in developing sales incentive programmes to increase sales and clear aged stock

With Sales Planning team, set production and volume planning considering BMW sales and market performance.

Organise and or oversee Dealer promotion activities.

Responsible for Product Training & Sales Training arrangement for all Sales Advisors.

Complete audits of motorcycle stock and other company owned assets, signage and merchandising equipment where it is in the possession of Malaysian Dealers.

Responsible to ensure dealers are meeting the given target, and always ahead of time in managing the monthly numbers.

Responsible for monthly sales reporting (WHS & RET), and handling of all dealers claims.

Obtain Monthly registration data from JPJ, and provides report to UX-V3-MY.

Always have an updated selling price of competitors in MY market.

Managing the shipment list from AG.

Ensure all dealers are fully equipped with Sales materials, tools according to BMW Motorrad CI.

Assist new and existing dealers for their development.

Assist in dealers’ riding or non-riding events, to maximise their sales.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Studies, Sales, Automotive related etc

Strong writing and analytical skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong sales management and planning skills

Strong knowledge and skills in front line sales

Strong knowledge in Malaysian motorcycles industry

Strong in managing people behaviour

Strong reporting skills

Strong computer skills
