Job Description

Lead a technical support team to manage IT related issues including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software
Oversee and ensure smooth IT operation for the resort (24×7 production environment)
Maintain antivirus activity, WSUS and SCCM
Manage IT projects and make recommendation based on user requirements & technologies
Establish policies and procedures for improvement & ISO compliance…
