In support of our strategic business growth, we invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Responsible in managing staff payroll system and ensuring practices are within the requirement of relevant statutory bodies and scope of Employment Act 1955.
Involved in salary review exercise, bonus and rewards benchmarking.
Responsible in executing of any new HR plans and policies for all levels including providing training and briefing when required.
Fully responsible for advising GSC HR on any HR movement.
In charged for data verification for SAP in order to ensure data updated by GSC and all data are fully maintained accurately.
Administration of TTMS and Sime Darby Portal including training on the usage of the system.
Drive change and improvements in all of the above areas in particular newly introduced human resource management system i.e. performance management system, SAP, recognition programs, etc.
Responsible for working within the assigned area or functional managers to develop strategies to improve staff morale, job satisfaction and productivity of the workforce in that area.
Assist Assistant Manager HR in handling IR issues.
Responsible for safe keeping of employees personal file.
Degree in Human Resource or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with exposure in overall HR functions i.e. Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organisation Development, Payroll, etc.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player and able to work independently.
