Established in early 2002, Gateway Foreign Language Institute is a premier foreign-run institution in the beautiful city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province, China. Our centre runs English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for children and an English kindergarten. We are increasing our staff strength as our own newly built 7-storey building will be ready by the middle of this year.
Kindergarten Teacher
China – Chengdu City, Sichuan Province
Responsibilities:
- To plan and implement the English kindergarten curriculum under the guidance of the Centre Principal to ensure the children learn in a fun and engaging manner responsive to children’s needs.
- Create a learning environment where children can explore, experiment, question and interact to acquire knowledge.
- Prepare teaching aids and teaching in class
- Understand the needs of the children and actively participate in assessing the personal development of the children.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a min. Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience is required for this position.
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Energetic & creative
- Team player who loves children
- 2 Full-Time positions available in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China.
