1. Reservations And Ticketing Agent
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client’s booking with agents and ground handler.
- Handle client enquiries related on tour and ticketing matter.
- In charge of handling customer orders and payments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / SPVM or equivalent.
- Able to operate Abacus reservation system.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent and self motivated with a passion in the industry to excel and result oriented.
- Willing to work overtime
- Full-Time position available.
2. Travel Executive
Responsibilities:
- Well versed in outbound, Umrah and flight operations.
- Establish and develop new contacts to ensure that sales and marketing objectives and/or targets are achieved.
- Provide effective operational management and leadership directions to all personnel within the Company.
- Create and present business proposals to prospective clients and develop business relationships and strategic alliances with hoteliers & travel agents.
- Build strong client relationship to ensure the account performs and grows to its maximum potential.
- Define & establish development strategies such as new tour packages to generate sales, monitoring industry trends and achievement of short and long term business strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Candidate with IATAA/UFTAA Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent and self motivated with a passion in the industry to excel and result oriented.
- Able to operate Abacus reservation system.
- Applicants must be willing to travel frequently.
Candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for 1 year and can be offer for the permanent position subject to performance.
