Jawatan Kosong Lembaga Getah
Lembaga Getah Malaysia (LGM) or The Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is the custodian of the rubber industry in Malaysia. Established on 1 January 1998, it has under its fold three well established agencies (RRIM, MRRDB and MRELB), which are now merged into one, which have contributed significantly to the development of the rubber industry for the last 78 years. The R&D excellence in NR, accomplished by the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRIM), has had an impact on the Malaysian NR industry and other NR producing countries.
The primary objective of MRB is to assist in the development and modernisation of the Malaysian rubber industry in all aspects from cultivation of the rubber tree, the extraction and processing of its raw rubber, the manufacture of rubber products and the marketing of rubber and rubber products.

PEGAWAI TADBIR
Requirements:
- (a) Bachelor’s degree recognized by the government of institutions, institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government: or
- (b) Honours Degree recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification or (Starting salary at Grade N41: P1 RM2114.43)
- (c) Bachelor of Law is recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at Grade N41: P1 RM2216.64)
and
Credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
PEGAWAI PENYELIDIK
Requirements:
- (a) Bachelor of Science Honours in science recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification, or
- (b) Bachelor’s degree in agriculture which is recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at grade Q41: P1 RM2249.66)
- (c) Bachelor of Engineering recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at grade Q41: P1 Rs 2353.44), or
- (d) Master’s Degree in science recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at grade Q41: RM2664.78 P1) or
- (e) Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of science that is recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at grade Q41: RM2976.11 P1);
and
Passed Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
AKAUNTAN
Requirements:
- (a) Bachelor of Accounting recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. (Starting salary at Grade W41: P1 Rs 2650.63), or
- (b) Full Member of the Professional Accounting Bodies recognized by the government. (Starting salary at Grade W41: P1 Rs 2650.63), or
- (c) Bachelor of Accounting recognized by the government as well as the Full Member of Accounting Professional Bodies recognized by the government. (Starting salary at Grade W41: P1 Rs 2754.41), or
- (d) Full Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. (Starting salary at Grade W41: P1 RM 2858.19)
and
Credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
JURUTEKNIK
Requirements:
- (a) Certificate in the relevant field recognized by the government of the local polytechnics or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
and
Passed Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
PEMBANTU TADBIR (PERKERANIAN/OPERASI)
Requirements:
- (a) Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the government;
and
Credit in Bahasa Malaysia / Malay (including pass Oral Examination) in the Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. (Starting salary at Grade N17: P1 RM927.03)
PEKERJA AWAM
Requirements:
- (a) the expiration of 6 Degrees of government or government-aided primary schools, and
- (b) capable of carrying out the field work related to services covered by this scheme. (Starting salary at grade R1: P1 RM 823.98);
and
Ability to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia with good
General requirements;
- (a) A candidate for direct appointment shall not be less than 18 years.
- (b) The officer is serving for Promotion by Appointment must be aged not more than 54 years on the date of appointment.
