Executive – Administration (IT Division)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management / Business Admin or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Supervisory role
- Good communication and people skill
- Fluent in written and spoken in English and Bahasa
- Resourceful and self-starter
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Executive – Corporate Planning (Regulatory Affairs Unit)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, LLB, Economics or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Supervisory role
- Fresh graduate with minimum CGPA of 3.3
- Positive thinking, analytical, detailed conscious, team player and coordination capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in corporate or business planning is an advantage
Executive – Land Development
Requirements
- Degree in Property / Real Estate Management, Valuation, Business Management, Commercial, Marketing with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Supervisory role
- Have strong business acumen and able to carry out business and commercial evaluation, marketing analysis, viability and feasibility studies in respect of a development
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Manager – Corporate Communications (Centralised Customer Service)
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive or Managerial role
- Any certification in customer service standards, technology and best practice such as ITIL is an added value
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong leadership, interpersonal skill, pleasant and smiling personality
- A team player, independent and able to work under pressure
- High commitment and hardworking, results oriented, adaptable and willing to work long hours if needed
