How to Apply
(a) Applicants must use the Application Form which is available at the Office of the Islamic Religious Council and Malay Customs Pahang Islamic Complex of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, 26600 Town. Application forms can also be downloaded online through the official website of the Islamic Religious Council and Malay Customs Enactment in http://www.muip.gov.my/
(b) The application shall be made by the Head of Department to include the following documents: -
i) Promotion Form / Declaration and Verification Officer Information Officer / Head of Certification;
ii) Declaration Form Loan Education / Education Fund;
iii) Information Summary Personal Details (Please attach a copy of the proof of prizes / awards, professional memberships, outdoor activities, community service, etc. if applicable).
iv) One (1) copy of the Result Slip certified PTK (for officers who have passed PTK);
v) A Certified True Copy of the Valuation Report Annual Performance For The Last 3 Years;
vi) One (1) copy of the Service Statement The True Update
(c) Applications that do not follow the rules, incomplete and received after the closing date will not be considered.
