Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (PERODUA), established in 1993, is a joint venture company between Malaysian and Japanese partners. The company started operations in 1994 and the ever so popular Perodua Kancil was introduced to the Malaysian market in August the same year.

1. Sales Advisor

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM level.
  • Possess own transport with a valid D class driving license.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • A team player.

2. System Engineer

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • A strong interest in analysis and programming.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation.
  • Familiar with human resource management and accounting business process are an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in PeopleSoft technology is also an added advantage.
  • Technical knowledge and recent work experience with SQL and relational database products preferably ORACLE.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in programming.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic results (CGPA 3.0 and above) are encouraged to apply.

3. Internship for Computer / IT Students

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • A strong interest in web design, graphics and web programming.
  • Knowledgeable or have experience in Oracle tools, ColdFusion, .NET, PL/SQL.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

4. Executive

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in ISO14001 for any organizations.
  • Customer centric and willing to travel.

  • Highly independent, Self Motivated, Resourceful, Professional with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa (Oral & Written).
  • Working experience in support services (Optional).

5. Legal Executive

Requirements :

  • Degree in Law with at least Second Class upper.
  • Between 1 to 4 year(s) working experience in litigation, conveyancing or corporate legal department.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate.
  • A highly independent, resourceful and responsible professional who possesses strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

6. Assistant Manager

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years experience as an ER/IR professional
  • Experience in handling Unionized Environment Company will be an added advantage.
  • Well-versed with all related HR acts e.g. Employment Act, Industrial Act, and etc.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Target driven and aggressive.

7. Manager

Requirements :

  • A degree in any of the following discipline : Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Marketing. An applicant with MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in corporate or strategic planning in large or medium size organizations.
  • Capable of supervising analysis of economic, political and technological impacts to a business organization.
  • Posses the experience in utilizing planning tools such as SWOT, COPE, PEST, STEER analyses.
  • Knowledge in the trend of automotive industry at global and regional level is an added advantage.
  • Excellent in strategic thinking, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English coupled with strong inter personal and high level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively organize to achieve specific goals and to spearhead and work effectively in team environments.
  • Computer literate.

8. Accounts Assistant

Requirements :

  • To perform data entry for invoice cheque issuance process.
  • To assist in other payable process including analysis and reconciliation activities.
  • To safe keep payment documents, records and ensure proper filing.

9. Operator Pengedaran

Requirements :

  • Min SPM.
  • Aged 18 and over.
  • Can work as a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Class D driver’s license

10. Penasihat Servis (Body & Paint)

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering.
  • DSD Certificate Level 2 Motor Vehicle Mechanic with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Have a class D driving license is valid.
  • An interesting character, and can communicate with all groups.
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications.
  • Wise handle stress effectively and prudently.
  • Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English very well.
  • Customer-oriented.

11 Administration Assistant (Temporary)

Requirements :

  • Poses at least SPM and/or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably candidate aged 18 years and above.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate well (English and Bahasa Malaysia) with all levels of people.
  • A team player.
  • Computer literate.
  • Customer oriented.
