1. Campaign Planner
Responsibilities:
- Align CVM Planning role and roadmap with the overall direction of the department to ensure key strategic plans and objectives are met
- Develop, plan and execute of highly-targeted, below-the-line postpaid campaign offers in alignment with the different business groups (Consumer, SMEs, Broadband and Product) to drive new acquisitions and retention revenue enhancements
- Drive the utilization of relevant below the line, direct channels and customer touch points (or combination thereof) that will ensure optimum campaign effectiveness
- Continuous mining and analysis of subscriber data to achieve deeper understanding of customer profiles, behaviour and needs
- Data mine, test and control group creation, pre- and post-campaign ROI models, campaign effectiveness monitoring, etc.
- Drive efficiencies via continuous process improvements and campaign automation
- Resolve any escalations regarding campaign scheduling/ quality/ process issues and ensure delivery of service level agreements
- Work cross functionally to collaborate in implementing strategic plans for campaign
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of all campaign related activities
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing/ business/ economics with at least 4 years work experience in marketing, business development or business consulting preferably in the area of database marketing and below-the-line marketing campaigns (direct mails, SMS, internet, telemarketing)
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, people and projecmanagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of theoretical statistics applied in business or industry will be an added advantage
- Preferred industry exposure in Telecommunications, Credit Cards, Banking, Direct Marketing agencies
2. Carrier Relations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to bring in revenue for the department by closing volume commitment deals with the business partners, on monthly/quarterly-basis.
- To drive down Maxis’ cost to terminate the top IDD countries by actively negotiating with Maxis’ strategic partners.
- Responsible to sell Malaysia and other international routes with a healthy margin.
- To build and sustain good and profitable relationship with the existing and new business partners.
- Continuously review and monitor the traffic volume and quality trend, and provide essential recommendation should any anomaly happens.
- To assist IDD product management activities when required.
- Responsible to ensure the optimization of circuits’ utilization.
- To issue sell rates to carriers on monthly-basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Industries exposure in Financial, Commodity Trading, Telecommunications is strongly preferred.
- Track record of working experience in Financial Analysis, Sales, New Product, Communications and Business Development is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Acquisition Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Formulate, plan and execute acquisition programs to increase prepaid subscriber base in particular RGS
- Constant monitoring of competitive landscape and provide update on the latest offerings from competitors
- Strategize sustainable initiatives for different segments to enhance the positioning of the Hotlink brand
- Make good use of data to improve on market segmentation, acquisition effectiveness and take up
- Identify acquisition opportunities through market research, surveys, consumer insights and data mining
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent with 4 years relevant working experience
- Aptitude towards marketing and business development with strong business analysis skills. Strong appreciation for technical know-how to be able to understand and conceptualised new marketing concepts.
- Willingness to learn, inquisitiveness, project management skills and a people person.
- Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals
- Preferred industry exposure in Telecommunications
- Preferred functional exposure in Marketing, Product Development
