To set direction and be fully accountable for the performance of Telesales in line with the overall Virtual Banking & Payment and Maybank group objectives
Strategically lead the Telesales teams with developing, implementing and controlling plans towards the financial success of the function and achieving excellence in sales performance whilst managing operational costs within budget.
