- Possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years working experience
- Experience and knowledge in research and analysis is a must
- Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
- Good analytical thinking, planning and budget control
- Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
- To plan, execute campaigns / promotional activities to develop Sales & After Sales business
- To develop Sales & After Sales and SilverClub performers
- To organise and coordinate company conferences
- To develop incentive programmes for Sales & After Sales team
- To ensure the compliance/adherence of all SOP including ISO
