Job Description


  • Possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years working experience
  • Experience and knowledge in research and analysis is a must
  • Possess excellent presentation and coordination skills
  • Good analytical thinking, planning and budget control
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written


  • To plan, execute campaigns / promotional activities to develop Sales & After Sales business
  • To develop Sales & After Sales and SilverClub performers
  • To organise and coordinate company conferences
  • To develop incentive programmes for Sales & After Sales team
  • To ensure the compliance/adherence of all SOP including ISO
