Job Description

Job Descriptions:
Manage office administrative functions which include corporate telephone lines, group procurements matters and maintenance of company’s motor vehicles.

Monitor the purchase, disposal and transfer of motor vehicles and other capital expenditure items.

Oversee maintenance of office equipment.

Renewal of service contract and general insurance policy.

Administer and enhancing the E- Requisition System.

Oversee the corporate office courier services and reception.

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in office admistration.

Posses good planning & organizing skills.

Ability to communicate with all levels.
